My STORY
I know what “Market Ready” really means
Before Bos Haus & Co., I spent two years working in real estate, including time as PA to a high-performing Peninsula agent, preparing multi-million-dollar homes for sale. That’s where I learned what “market-ready” actually means, and it’s a standard I bring to every clean, whether it’s a weekly tidy or a vacate clean the day before an inspection.
Bos Haus & Co. is based in Frankston and services homes and businesses right across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs – residential and commercial, with almost 10 years now spent in the cleaning industry itself.

My Experience
Why I Understand and I Care
For most of my career, I wasn’t a cleaner at all. For close to twenty years, I worked in disability support and mental health. Real, hands-on work: direct practice, advocacy, and program design. That work taught me how life gets messy. It taught me why a home falls behind. So when it happens, there’s no judgement. Ever.
Between those two backgrounds is where Bos Haus & Co. comes from. A professional standard, paired with real understanding. No explanations needed.

The most common complaint we hear about other cleaners is simple: poor communication, and never knowing who’s turning up. Structured rostering means clients are assigned the same person or team every visit. If that person is ever unavailable, you’re offered a named alternative from our own team. You will never get an unannounced substitute and there is no rotating cast of subcontractors.
